Hi Rande, Enjoyed your article. The rule about OTC companies having to report, was just approved January of this year. They have put together a schedule (alphabetically) of when companies have to comply or drop off OTC. This link explains the ruling and has a link which lists each OTC:BB and by what date they have to file. The first half of the A's start in July of this year and then it is spread out over a series of months. They are updating this list as companies get submitted. Hey USTI is looking good!
