I do not agree with you. i am applying my knowledge of the restaurant business here very difficult to get delivery you pay them well and they legally should have insurance that covers commercial delivery they don't.

As stock i agree i think it is way over valued. Meals on wheels is not
the same concept.

Nor are the "small grocers all over the country".

If you think the stock is a dog, fine. But I don't think these 2 points are entirely relevant to the discussion.

BTW, delivery itself is desirable. And shopping from home will become more and more so, IMHO. It's called the future of e-tailing. As in e-commerce. Check it out sometime. The Internet companies that grow biggest the quickest and supply the biggest range to those who are willing to spend money (the typical Internet user) will survive.

The people that are buying from Peapod don't want to know about Meals On Wheels. And of course the stock is overvalued by traditional means. It's an Internet stock. I'm surprised you haven't noticed that they are not valued by P/E ratios.

If you had been around during the Industrial Revolution you would have been shorting the steel makers.

Cheers,
Bond
