Now that the buyback and merger is completed, we should see the split shortly.

Did T already do a buyback? I don't recall seeing it. Maybe you can fill me in.

I assume that T waited until both the TCI and IBM deals were completed before making any financial moves.

Since TCI is done and the IBM deal just cleared at the end of the week, I assume we will see some fireworks shortly.

Can somebody fill me in on what is coming up?

I have heard two things coming up:

1) A big buy back of stock by T to improve its value.

2) One of the biggest bond offerings ever floated due in a week or two by T.

3) 2:3 stock split for T.
