NVLS has been weak ever since they announced a secondary offerring, not sure when it will hit the Street. Options clearing is probably also exacerbating the movements, for instance nothing wrong with TER that I know of but it is being jerked around too. Do note that WFR is rebounding.

I've been following and daytrading NVLS. The secondary has already been done. I've been buying it in the 51s and 52s to flip. Right now, I don't see any conviction; i.e. accumulation. Block action is on the sell side.
