I'm not sure which shares to which you are referring. If it is the Series D shares, my understanding is that this meeting was held to authorize the COMMON shares for a potential conversion per the terms of the Series D shares. If you read the proxy, it shows that huge numbers of shares will be needed if the price stays at that level. If that occurs, not only will we be diluted, but the management that controls the company will effectively be wiped out. Do you really think that is their plan?
