A more clear illustration of the disconnect that has occurred between Wall Street and industrial America is hard to come by. We are in a hell of a bubble; the trouble is that calling a hasty retreat can be very expensive. (So can milking the last percent of gain.) When the mkt begins to falter and Softie's projected return on its massive invested cash reserve becomes less of a sure thing - it will be interesting. Sudden crash, or slow bleed? ) Or a year or three of whipsawing, kicking the **** out of bulls&bears alike??)
