Re SANG: As you may remember, I used to be bullish on SANG, and I've traded it a few times...but with the company guiding analysts lower, and Vector cutting estimates for 1999 from .96 to (.73), I'm no longer interested...and that was before the Novartis suit (which was probably to be expected). My only question is why it's held up as well as it did, although I suppose it was the intro of thymoglobulin (even though that doesn't figure to be a biggie, IMHO). I won't be surprised if it drops to the low teens. I may be a buyer if gets to 12 1/2, but the operative word is may .

Incidentally, I was talking to you about BXM on P* a year or so ago (it was BIOX at the time). Don't know if you ever bought some...but I thought I'd mention that I sold mine last week. It's a good company, with good products, but I felt it had gotten way ahead of itself.

Best regards, Merritt

I made fun, but that looks like it was a timely call on your part.
