If there is a large short position and we get the annual before the suspension is lifted I would expect that the shorts will be in the market buying their positions back. And supporting the price. If the price holds or rises on large volume we will know.

Irwin returned my call within minutes of my leaving a message, Barger within 30 minutes but they told me he was out of the office and would be back soon.

I sure hope you all are right. I own close to 100,000 shares of LEAH with an average price of approximately $1.50. If this company turns out to be a sham, I will be the first to take legal action. This is my first post on the board. I am a big fan of LEAH. I want it to suceed in the worst way. I am a little bit skeptical that the MMs are behind this. LEAH is small potatoes right now. How much money can somebody really make with volume so low(relatively) and a stock priced well under a $1.00. I can think of a lot easier ways to make a buck.
LEAH has been a disappointment to date. Lots of promises and little action. Management needs to stop promising the moon unless they can deliver. Otherwise, credibility is lost. I am sick to my stomach over the SEC announcement. All I can do is wait it out. Let's hope for the best!
