("LHIC") issued a short term loan to Accent of $600,000, that can be converted into equity at a 20 day trading average price, to support Accent's Internet strategies for localization and language translation. LHIC has the option of converting the loan to equity by June 30, 1999. In addition, 3 million warrants at a 20-day trading average price were issued.
