re your 3616, I know what I am about to say will not be popular on the thread but I am going to say it anyway. Any company, whether or not the SEC needs to review it or not, if it is a publicly-traded company, it MUST have ongoing financial statements. They should be done quarterly, according to a set schedule. Now, I know there must be many accountants on here who might agree or disagree. In my opinion, there is NO excuse for not having financial statements.
This is not a brand new company, and I just can't understand why they are fooling around. Like Sprintcar said, inventory can be a bit of a problem, but again, this is not a new company. Why are they fooling around?
They should have been producing financial statements two years ago.
