I went to a CompUSA store located in the 5th Avenue of Manhattan yesterday, and found that a lot of people were shopping on there. It is encouraging considering that it was not a weekend, and comparing what I saw at the store a couple of weeks ago.

What exactly does "spin-off" mean? Is it a company wholly owned by CPU (my guess)? Or will we current shareholders receive shares in CPU Direct? Or will there be an IPO. Since we haven't heard anything, I think it must be the first.
