A big 129,000 shares today, let's see, that is about $2500 bucks worth. OK, a few more traded yesterday, but not enough to be worth getting worked up about. This is a dead company which has ceased to operate and which has more debt than they could ever get for their assets:

Company Press Release

ChemTrak to Cease Operation

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 1999--ChemTrak Inc. (OTC BB:CMTR - news) Thursday
announced that the offer to purchase its assets by Clinimetrics has been withdrawn and it does not have funds to
continue operations after Jan. 29, 1999.

It plans to discontinue operations at close of business Jan. 29. The company will close its headquarters facility and lab, and lay off its workers.

While potential suitors continue to express an interest in buying the company or its assets, it appears unlikely that such an offer will be finalized in time for
ChemTrak to continue to operate the business. It is the firm belief of the company that the proceeds of any sale or other disposition of its assets would be
used solely to satisfy the claims of the company's creditors.

Located in Sunnyvale, ChemTrak is a medical diagnostics company.

The only saving grace is that the stock can't go to a negative value and make the shareholders pay off the bad debts. This company has been run so far into the ground that you don't need any dirt to cover it up as it has fully submerged itself and become invisible. Give it up, there will be no return. The only reason this stock hasn't gone to zero is that the certificates still have value, as scrap paper, for wiping your ass, or as a collectors memento to remind you of how bad it can get. GIVE IT UP!!!

Sorry for all the losses to their dedicated following!
