Elwood - The thing that sticks out in my mind is the apparent lack of coordination between IR and what is going on between the financial community and CPQ management. Since IR is supposed to provide 'info' to CPQ shareholders, one would think that they would be made aware of scheduled 'events' going on. Pretty much says to me that the IR function is really more of a 'PR' function here.
