SDTI, bargain price right now. They own all of RSA. They own over 2 million shares of VRSN. They sold 1 million shares last month for $89 million. they have around $150 million or more in cash. Profitable. Possible take over target by INTC. Trading @ 16 1/4 with a 52 week high of 42 3/4. They also have a stock buy back program in place. 1 million shares already bought back out of 4 million. 40.89 million shares outstanding. P/E 23.
