Anyone: Would appreciate if more experienced Investors have a better understanding of the Market when a stock declines due to a downgrade/ earnings shortfall. From the date of such announcements to the time the stock forms a new base, there is a large volume. Does any on have a feel for the percentage volume of the decline that is attributed to a: Long term trades (one time only)that were made. b: Long trades (many in & outs) c: Short trades (one time) d: Short trades (many times) Thanks.
