Probably because it is perceived as an internet stock which appears to be making money, as few of them do.

I suppose its possible, but I doubt it.

I get the impression EPAY is more of a software company then CKFR. In addition, EPAY is concentrating on more business to business e-commerce as opposed to CKFR which is mostly a service company that is concentrating on reaching as many consumers as possible. I don't think they really compete in the same markets. I wouldn't be surprised to see an alliane between the two at some point in the future.
