Couldn't break the resistance @ 3/8. No run today. Let's all stay short for the weekend so that we don't get a significant rip above 20 today (so that the Mo Mos don't get the idea that 20 is the support here).

I am referring to the original press release in February. Everyone is talking about the funding of this loan and how it looks as if Coyote will fail to make their payment on the 18th. In reviewing the original press release, as released by the Dow Jones, it states that the loan was received. It does not state that it was a commitment, but the actual loan was received. Albeit it does not say that it was funded, so it is a little ambiguous. I wanted to know if they did in fact receive the money. If so, then they they may actually have the funds for this acquisition which will extend d-day for the company. It may also put a little wind in their sails.

Additionally, someone that I have known for a while called me today to let me know that he did some checking on the Kaufman Brothers. He stated that they had some large fund or money manager behind them and that he had a certain amount of respect for the Kaufman Brothers themselves. This may explain CYOEs hesitance to fall. I would be interested in knowing if anyone else has looked into these guys (besides their track record).

I believe that at some point and time, CYOE will be in the pennies where I believe it belongs. I am trying to figure out if that will be sooner or later.
