CNET's Cyclone - Even though the news is known look for a jump in CNET when Cyclone is actually available. Remember SEEK when go.com was actually introduced. SEEK shares rocked. What a better place to bring out CNET's Cyclone but at the Paine Webber Internet Conference on Tuesday. Click on the link below to a January story on Cyclone. The key line is: "Snap "Cyclone," which will launch in the first quarter of 1999" that my friends is in the next two weeks. Even if it a little late CNET will fly to new highs. There is a number of interesting links within that story. One which shows CNET partners which include no other than CNBC. Guess what exposure CNBC will give to Cyclone? home.snap.com CNET had a tough Thursday/Friday. This is to be expected after such a run up the previous days. After you do your on due dilingence and decide to buy CNET wait until it settles. Will it settle Monday? Friday? in two weeks? or in a month? Who knows? but when it does it may be the time to buy it if you don't already own it.
