Dear marc: Well, frankly I have given up on it being a profit contributor for this qtr (3/31) so being the accountant that I am I think that it would be a lot easier ACCOUNTING job to just close it on 3/31 same as qtr end. Otherwise, it will be a labor inducive device to cut off the books in the middle of a month. But, I always did like to take the easy way out---haha., JDN
