MD decided to offer Mohan, William, Kemble, and Chuzz positions as his personal PR manager, personal investment manager, personal trainer, and economist extraordinaire for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock options.

I think this is what is driving the stock up.

It's about time!

<<Merrill Lynch Tech Review // March 12, 1999

Highlights:

-Dell's Gigabuys.com initiative reveals that they are looking for new revenue streams and may be indicative of a company that is concerned about revenue growth.

-"We maintain that PC industry unit growth for 1999 will be a healthy 13-15%, but we continue to be concerned about pricing and increased competition. We still believe that DELL has the best business model in the PC industry, and will be able to best weather the ebbs and flows of market demand."

By: Steve Milunovich, CFA (DELL -- Long Term Buy Rating)>>

DELL will continue to prove they are the next DELL...even some of the analysts get it <ggg>...!!!

Regards,

Scott
