Rich, I am not current on the SEC rule, it used to be that "temporary" hedging positions did not have to be reported by insiders. By the way, is CC really an insider if they did not convert any of their preferred? Namely, are they listed or have have they ever filed 13 g documents indicating they own more than 5% of the common. Someone was continuing to increase the short position in VLNC last month, and I am not sure if all of this increase came from Bill Wexler (G). By the way, he is doing pretty well since most of last month the stock was above current prices. Zeev
