(OTC BB:EUTO) and Ivy Entertainment.Com Inc. In an attempt to prevent any misinformation from spreading, Eutro management presented the following facts to its stockholders and to the investing public. Under the merger agreement, the merged company will have the name "Ivy Entertainment.Com Inc." and a new symbol will be given to the common stock. Stockholders of Eutro Group Holding Inc. will exchange their shares for common stock in the new company.
