What are you getting at? Since when did an analyst set the price of a stock or force anyone to buy or sell?

You are free to ignore the opinion of every analyst, so is every other investor. I can guarantee the big funds selling today couldn't give a crap what xyz analyst said about ORCL. The fund managers see that ORCL didn't deliver the goods to justify a stock price in the mid 30s, so they sold. ORCL failed to meet the expectations of those buying the stock over $30, pure and simple.

Don't blame the analysts if you bought at higher levels, blame yourself.
