Uncle Frank,

Good to hear from you. I will be on this board for the long haul, that much I promise. I want to let a lot of this chatter about who belongs in which portfolio die down before I get back full time. I am more interested in discussing the established G&Ks, and don't want to spend too much time worrying why "this" company belongs in "that" portfolio.

I think this is a very good entry point for CPQ for the long haul. I believe in their management and believe they understand where they must drive their business in the future. Much like Mr. Dell, though their ability to execute needs to improve. But I do believe the analysts have done a number on CPQ for many reasons, some of which has to do with their historical behavior. That stuff (the channel stuffing I mean) the market does not forget easily, so I think this was an easy call for the street to make.

Look forward to the discussions on this one in the future.

Teflon

FYI, AOL's merger with NSCP just received DOJ approval.
