I am a shareholder just like you.....yes my conversation revealed that the "fab 5" will be deposed.....to gather inforamtion for further legal actions.....This suit is not going to be over any time soon personal suits will be filed ....with the garbage on the tread for the past serveral months...you think there is no slander ???????? I think so....so does AA and his attorneys.....hope all involved have deep pockets........ All this is going to only hurt the company and shareholders....why not sit down and resolve the differences??????? AA said they have tried to with Cleve and Mr. Lee put both have refused they want the company to get hurt...or is it personal against Arif??? Dick Lee and FF were and are getting info for Malinoff......what info inside info was malinoff providing them prior to his termination????? one might wonder???? all will be out when they are deposed....... All I care about is letting the company run and grow....so my investment can grow with it.....
