Has anyone checked the public registers where it is incorporated?

Hard to say but it appears e-fax inc had the name first, (they've been in business since 1989) but it's hard to believe they didn't reserve efax.com.....their website is efaxinc.com ....EFAX uses http://.www.efax.com LMAO!!!!!....anyway I bailed at open after I caught wind of this, repurchased later in the low 11's and sold before close.......I can't believe this stock actually ended higher....unbelievable.....I'll be watching it next week though.

Scanner market...

Does efax capture a part of the scanning market? I can either buy a scanner and a card, or pay a toll fee and suffer slow transmission speeds.

Or, I can send my large scanning projects to a person who lives in the fax area code, they scan it all in for a fee, bypassing toll charges. However, shipping charges would then appear.

Hmmm... this model opens up lots of possibilities... I may have to move out there ;)

Jon :)
