Don, you are #1 in my book - just wanted you to know that. Problem as I see it - lots of testing, lots of agreements, NO SALES. These guys have not EVER landed a significant deal. They have been most successful at unloading stock, first to DT, then to private investors. The insiders have made millions selling stock. Private investors - mostly in the hole. Sometimes the truth hurts. Globalstar, another of my holdings, was way down and insiders stepped in and bought a bunch of shares off the market. That was very reassuring. VocalTec insiders seem to want to sell at whatever price they can get for it. Not very reassuring. They have never bought a single share off the market. Meanwhile, competitors make inroads on every front, share price slides, etc. I hope Mr. Ganor is reading this. Regards, Dave

Hi Don Hi Dave,VocalTec is making interop a reality and pushing the envelope of VOIP for the masses,many other companies are selling and selling,and have no real assurance that their products or networks will interop.In order to Deploy networks on the scale that Telia and DT plan on as well as Dacom and Japan Telecom and the smaller ones we have in South and Central America we need a complete and proven platform that has the equivelance of 99.9% up time with almost 100%QOS ATT and Bells and others will not change much and go into this till this factor is Proven.I expect after V's and Lucents and the others iNow program the Big Purchases will start to come in.After all the Telia Light Deal was not small potatoes and Spains was a good size but there are still maybe a hundred majors out there and hundreds of mid to large prospects bidding there time till they Jump.V said this year would see more deployment ,probably as a result of iNow and better VEA EQ.The old press release said by the end of the 1st qtr the EQ would be available for Major carriers,so we are still in that Frame.I exxpect to see a good roll out this spring,hopefully with some big sales announcements.Dr Ganor says he reads all these posts and I may be assuming a lot here so i see no reason why the company can't put out some good updates now and then.
