Bruce I show the last trade was $2.50. Is that the trade
that you said was well above the asked?
Thanks
Steve

Bg,
One other good item is that IMO our big buyer today may have cleaned out a large number of shares from our Canadian over hang. One or two more days like today and we will be trading like the good ol days again.

Best Regards

Bruce,

Is there another Big buyer besides you, him, her and us?
Are shorts Rushing for shares before FINANCING NEWS across the wire
next week?

All after all, DCTC is a significantly undervalued solid stock in this 8 years past BULL market.

Hello Bruce,

Interesting won't cover it. NFSC wanted shares in a bad way and was getting them. The one thing that surprised me was when I saw the 20k, I figured it would be a cover trade and then I looked at the price....oops<G> Nothing like a 20k at 2.54 to keep one wondering. The day is coming that our overhead will be gone and this stock will be able to trade on supply and demand. I'm looking forward to that for sure<G>.

I've seen alot of insinuation that news is coming next week. I've talked to DCI and they don't say one way or the other. I know everyone(including me) is ready to see how the financing and switches get handled but I sure don't know that next week is going to tell us that. In either event, we had a good week and hopefully next week will be gooder.......take care..

Lou

Bruce,

The buying was caused by insinuations of significant news coming next week. Just my opinion but I don't believe we have ONE buyer who is maniacal. I threw a 2000 share limit buy at 2 3/8 to see if it would be easy to snatch shares at the ask this morning and my order was fully filled immediately(10:15 ish). Didn't seem like the MM's had a shortage of shares to me. I think the MM's walked us UP on the buying and will walk us down when they get the chance too after the "news" breaks. There does seem to be excitment in the air doesn't there?

Bruce, I'll second your comments and just add that I thought it was really interesting to see FAHN on the bid today after having been on top of us on and off for a couple weeks. It looked to me like he was probably buying at least some shares for more than he had shorted earlier this and last week. Couldn't happen to a better guy. (GGG) Something appears to be up, but I can't say just what it is. Just glad to see us moving back up for a change.

James
