There are no filings for insider sales, other than Feb.'99...

GO to freeedgar.com and type in "EFAX".

It would surely be on the EDGAR site before "Bloomberg" news wire. I would be leary of people who post "information" without a link to back it up...JMHO.

Item 5. Other Events.

On March 4, 1999, E-Fax Communications, Inc., a California corporation
("E-Fax Communications"), filed a complaint against eFax.com, Inc., a
Delaware corporation (the "Company"), in the United States District Court,
Northern District of California. The complaint claims that the Company has
engaged in federal trademark and service mark infringement and unfair
competition, and California trademark infringement, unfair competition and
trademark dilution in connection with the Company's use of the name
"eFax.com." The Company is currently evaluating the complaint. However,
the Company believes that the allegations lack merit and intends to
vigorously defend itself against the action.

Not sure about the EFAX filings, but no matter what: company announces a lawsuit over a name, after 2 pm announced I think. Then look at what the stock did between 3-4 pm. Were people selling, taking profits, and then others bought in? If you have access to intraday charts, focus on after 3 pm today. EFAX has momentum going into Monday's opening.
