There are no filings for insider sales, other than Feb.'99... GO to freeedgar.com and type in "EFAX". It would surely be on the EDGAR site before "Bloomberg" news wire. I would be leary of people who post "information" without a link to back it up...JMHO. Best of luck SCOTT

The complaint claims that the Company has engaged in federal trademark and service mark infringement and unfair competition, and California trademark infringement, unfair competition and trademark dilution in connection with the Company's use of the name "eFax.com."
