IMO, there is nothing wrong with giving your opinion on a stock. That is the idea of a message board, to get other people's thoughts as well.

But, on the flip side, there are too many that get paid by the company to tout or pump the stock without disclosing as such. Now those are the type of people that should be put away.

Sorry, but fraudulent and criminal activity is not protected speech. I hope "ROFLMAO" Mex goes to jail on every single count in the upcoming indictment...
