It's got a NAV of $2.50 last time I checked and the majority of the holdings are good companies. Electric utility, phone, petroleum, chemicals, etc ... I really think it is a value (unless of course there's a war or something -- I would recommend selling if a war breaks out). It even has some yield, too.
