M, I sure hope ATHM doesn't go that low, I thought about getting out at 125 since I am on vacation, but as usual, I DIDNT'! I am hoping for a snap back, maybe an announcement by MSFT to help the market would be helpful. RichieH

$Mogul, From your previous post, it would appear that you will already own this stock after the completion of the deal over the next 7-9 weeks or so. If I am you, i buy more XCIT at the discount, at whatever price you are comfortable with given the discount. BTW, if the split occurs before the acquisition, your XCIT shares will be be equal to twice the conversion rate. your equity retain it's value. regards, Brian
