Sprint, thanks for your perspective and no, I have not heard that companies they do deals with will do the PR release from now on. I would not be surprised if a large company may prefer to do the overall PR, however.

In the Netherlands the taxman demands financials from every company.
I assume the IRS works the same, so Microphonics would have financials available for 1996, 1997 at least. Perhaps disclosing these financials would cause the stock to drop, let's hope that is the reason they want the 1998 financials out first (supposedly better figures). You might ask them.
