Good morning Jeff and all. The following is a response I gave in a private message and wished to post it on the main thread. The following is that response. “Seldom if ever have I taken exception with your thoughts, but on this one I do. As we both know I have never been involved with USXP so as to what has happen in the past with USXP I have little knowledge except for what I have read of recent. It might appear on the surface that the RDIM and USXP affiliation might be soiled based on the feelings of many of the RDIM investors who are or were also invested in USXP. After re-reading the RDIM press release I really don't find a problem with it, except for individual concerns of some investors as I just mentioned. As we both know every investor is entitled to their concerns and beliefs along with the right to share them as they see fit. That appears to be just what has taken place and is good. What I believe is taking place here though, is just what RDIM said in their release “Through its state-of-the-art e-commerce technology, RDIM's plans will revolutionize the existing industry. RDIM takes advantage of the combined power of the Internet, demographic and ''psychographic'' customer profiling, and sophisticated database marketing to expand membership and solidify membership loyalty.” Which leads me to believe that RDIM is looking to build it's own customer/client database through a great number of affiliations and/or acquisitions of other companies. But in the case of USXP this truly appears to be only an affiliation rather then any kind of purchase, one I believe that could work to the advantage of both companies. So I will reserve any kind of final judgement on this situation until all the cards are dealt out and too watch and see how they play out. I am also going to post this on the main thread so that my own personal thoughts on RDIM become a matter of record for whatever those thoughts are worth. “ You see, I like Jeff, believe in where RDIM is going and would concur that this might be a great buying opportunity for those coming in for the first time and those who can see the great future for RDIM.
