Good question ... unfortunately I don't have an answer for you. I just copy and paste from the original ASE document. I went back to check that I had copied correctly, and it does appear the same way in the original document.

If you look back at earlier versions of the semi-monthly report though, the minus signs are not there, so perhaps it's some kind of screw-up in the original ASE document. Personally I would just ignore them. If you are comparing a particular symbol from this report and the one previous you should be able to figure out what's going on.
