True, and it has been factored in to the stock price
but the important part is the quote from cbs report

"It could be a big deal. It's hard to tell," said Adam Giansiraceusa, an analyst at C.E. Unterberg Towbin who follows CyberShop. "These are the kinds of deals they need to do to make their numbers."
