steve , a form T is used for trades that are done after the market is closed . more than likely the 20k block which i saw go by on level II screen was shopped around during the afternoon between MMs on behalf of a buyer and/or seller . once the price was agreed upon the transaction was printed after the close . the buyer was willing to pay above the ASK probably because he did not want to chase the BID/ASK up and pay even a higher price during market hours ....... etc.
