to david stien and all. called joe tonight to see how things are going. think this is going to be better than we all expected at leatst its better than i did. earnings will be out at the end of the month and they are on target. the 16 unit acqusition is going good. it has taken a little longer than they wanted only because jou has found a way to do it without any dilution to the stock and hopes to make an anouncment within the next 14 days. to make things even better he told me that they are working on other acqusitions and hopes to make an anouncment on one of them by the end of this week or next. this one is to be of a nice size and a well known company and is also being done with no dilution to the stock. as i said before joe is very determined to build this company and puts in extremely long hours to do it. i also believe it is going to be a very short time from know that wall street is going to be opening there eyes to eat at joes. dave if you have time before i do can you plese post this info on raging bull. let people know that this is not hype. if they dont believe just call and talk to joe. he is a very friendly and open person. he will tell you what he can as long as it stays within scc guide lines. we are headed back up and soon. joe is excellent at building a company..
