Jon,

I have personally spoken with four of the six full time employees of MRPS (and one part time employee) in this harried little company in the last couple of weeks. They don't strike me as a bunch of sleaze-bags or con artists at all. To the contrary, each has been very open, helpful and patient with me as a recent investor (which speaks volumes, to me anyway, given the storm of activity that has suddenly dumped on them).

None has come off as "slick", but rather as REAL people, trying their best to deal with this new found success and all the problems and concerns associated with such instant notoriety...and still get their business done. Just my opinion and I am Long....

Bob

Sorry, but I had to jump in here! They may only have six employees, but they knew, or should have known the rules when they went public. Now, every shareholder whether new or old, whether they own millions of shares or one, is entitled to exactly the same treatment.

With respect, to accuse those "new" shareholders of "bitching" on the grounds of greed, is unfair and unwarranted.

The long overdue, and soon to be effective rules for the OTC BB will be a tremendous help for penny-stock investors.

JMHO.
