DOggone it---I am determined to make dinner tonight after the debacle of last night when I staggered off to --um-somewhere. And ate---something, and came home and fell asleep. So I'm running back and forth from the kitchen, wineglass in hand, trying to post and cook. DId you know that if you throw three pounds of hamburger into a frying pan to brown and forget to go back and break it up, it turns into a giant 14" hamburger patty? I have to do this right, because I'm making dinner for a family at church too and they don't know me yet, which means they'll expect something edible.
