I think there was a lot of short covering at the close......once news of the lawsuit became official I thought EFAX would drop like a rock.......the plaintiff e-faxi inc (http://www.efaxinc.com) might have a case here.....and if they did win EFAX might have to find a new name and as far as the internet goes the right name can make the difference between success and failure. But it's difficult to say if the name efax can be protected by copyright....anyone know of any similar cases and how they were settled?
