Classic failure of Investor Relations, who MUST be present at all times during investor visits, press interviews, etc. It's their responsibility to immediately disclose any material information that may inadvertently slip out by loose tongues. Disclosure, according to the SEC, is immediate release to Dow Jones and AP newswires.

Dear Jimbo: THIS IS CRIMINAL, these damn class action attorneys ARE NOTHING BUT LEECHES. They know damn well there is ALWAYS a slow down in the PC industry after the Christmas sales. This suit is WITHOUT MERIT but the way the game is played these BASTARDS (yes Bob, thats what they are) will get huge FEES on a quick settlement and their accomplices (filed shareholder) will get an under the table KICKBACK for the case and the rest will get the proverbial SHAFT. Will this Country EVER get any JUSTICE. jdn
