Yes and I suspect there will be more--- which will not help the recovery. It always happens on huge drops. I guess they were guarenteed in some way to make a fast profit that was sustainable forever! Settle and take all costs/expenses from Morgans options!!!

Thank you for the lawsuits. They are the pilot fish that accompany and feed off every big shark. As lawsuits go these are particularly weak and, therefore, particularly vexatious. They will die in the water.

They will have no effect on even moderatly experienced investors, they are far less troublesome than lawsuits charging patent infringement and even they never spook investors.

Some surface damage will be done in so far as the lawsuits allege that there is insider selling. There is never a month of any year when there is not insider selling. Other damage will be done because they allege, as a matter of fact, that there was a slowdown in sales that materially effected the expected results for the quarter and the year. That is not the situation.

It's a dog eat dog world.

Perhaps this marks the elusive bottom.
