Crimnalizing lying, deceipt, betrayal; now I think you are on to something. Push this; we can lock up a lot of the country and solve a lot of problems. I think you are on to something; we don't try, convict, and lock up enough people already; we need to get them on these kinds of moral issues. Lock 'em up. As for what mood of society we will have; I guess that isn't an issue. I would presume that a society like this would have everyone walking on eggshells and terrified of the people that would make the judgements as to who to go after. People might after a while become nostagic of Communism as an old system that offered MORE freedoms to the individual. I think you are on to something though; we need to use the legal system to FORCE morality.
