Your theory is simply absurd. First of all, I'm not a "professional short". I'm an individual investor with a balanced portfolio of both long and short positions.

There is no such thing as a "price juncture". I simply determined that Valence is grossly overvalued at any price above 1 due to its deteriorating financial condition, its persistent inability to produce any marketable product, and the apparent vote of no confidence by several excecutives that have defected. I believe that the price has been pumped above 1 through fraudulent stock promotion on the internet and in newsletters. In the short term, the price may go up or down from here. In the longer term, I remain confident that the stock will collapse.

I've seen this sort of thing many, many times before...and it never ceases to amaze me how similar the reaction of the shills is when I uncover the fraud and recommend shorting the stock ("Wexler has an agenda", "short sellers are scaring out the weak hands", "watch out Wexler or you'll get sued for libel", "short squeeze coming next week...would cover my shorts if I were you Wexler", blah blah blah blah blah) Check out the CYBG thread on SI for a wonderful example. What also never ceases to amaze me is the inevitable PMs and emails I get from vicitms of these scams after the stock collapses saying how they wish they would have listened to me.
