idtc mgmt appears to be very shrewd on the bondholder consent. they extended the date by 5 days again, which expired wednesday, but never mentioned when they would announce when the consent agreement was adopted or not. what is very interesting is what they have announced the past 25 days as we have waited. mgmt has been priming the pump: feb 2, original announcement of the consent agreement feb 8, agreement with realnetworks feb 12, extension of consent feb 25, co-branding of internet portal announcement march 3, another extension march 9, geocities announcement march 10, netscape announcement they are building for the consent. then more news, ipo/spinoff, then even more internet news, culminating with mr big investor: name Mr. Big guess bill zeman cmgi blankmind ibm or yhoo bonagong aol dlarson5 softbank fieldeffect att - @home - ms m33806 cbs or msft marty rubin softbank or lu newmillenium softbank pascal morin lucent or rsl shtirlitz ld carrier/nbc yamakita softbank andrew_h softbank david wise mci/worldcom marketeer time warner dbrian aol ketan thakkar ge davit wise gte nord reboc (atl/south) alex hardin softbank btoll softbank hawaii60 softbank kmfdm2000 softbank david bauerle aol charlie yang ms or softbank tony a. mathews ibm p.s. only a few more days of seeing this table of guesses. if you have not put in your guess, you still have time.
