990319 48% (BULL) 21% (BEAR), 31% (NEUTRAL). The bullish sentiment has a big jump from 37% last week to 48% this week. There is too much optimism. It is a warning sign and we should be cautious. The Dow has hit 10K for 3 times this week but failed to close above it. The weekly range of high and low is very tight. This tight range is the prelude of an out burst (break out) in either up or down direction. There is a good probability that bears will win for the short term. It is going to be volatile in the coming weeks.

Long term trend is up.
Medium trend is up.
Short term trend is side-way.
