Guys, don't lump me with the "VLNC is a fraud" shorty camp. I believe the company is dilligently working to commercialize their product. I've never shorted a stock in my life, don't have a margin account which you need to do so, and have been long VLNC many times.

However, I do think the "production is imminent" posts on this thread over the last few years borders on the fraudulent. Even if these posts had been correct (which they haven't), they would have constituted material inside information, in my opinion. Information is considered "inside" if it hasn't been released to the general public. Inside information is considered "material" if an investor would consider the information to be important enough to use as the basis for a buy or sell decision. Who here would argue that "production is imminent" is not material information? Trading with the benefit of material inside information is illegal.

The hype on this thread over the last two years is a major reason why I've stuck around, even though I haven't owned the stock since November.

As for me, I'm still waiting to see what form their next financing takes. IMO, another floorless would mean that things are entirely different than the picture painted on this thread. A more legitimate financing package would suggest the long wait is coming to an end.
