Hi Al. Well, I am not up on what has been going on either. Haven't heard a word from anyone. A friend of mine talked to Jon some time ago and what he had picked up would infer the court cases would be over by now, but haven't been reported. Could be still up in he air.
Trading was light on AKA. I think in the 10000 range. On ORI there has been some big blocks on the bid...like 63,000 etc. I would guess this past week has seen around 100,000 shares traded but don't know who was involved.

I see on the VSE inside trading for the week both Jon and his daughter have exercised around 450 000 shares of AKA and ORI at 15 cents. Must have been the last of the cheap stuff of 3 years ago. Odd considering the market price but in years gone by I have seen this done so a purchaser could buy a large block without having to go into the market
and stir things up.

Jon is at his cabin at Tunkla Lake??? for the weekend.
Ernie

I understand there is some snooping going on around these puppies but whether anything will come of it is anyone's guess. BYG is clearly going to be history unless gold explodes upwards in the immediate future or so it looks to me. Along with RYO, we can extend this list a bit more. Of the high cost producers or explorers, perhaps Miramar with so much cash will be able to outlast the drought.
