I think that the buying is taking place by followers like you and I.
I have been picking up shares every now and then adding to my portfolio. These prices are just too low to pass up and the upside leverage is almost insane! I strongly believe that gold prices are going to strengthen as the year 2000 panic gets closer and closer so it's always good to be in the game before these stocks are "wanted". It always seems like theft when you're in at the basement price and have good profit before people wake up and jump on board. Cheers!

<What do you think?>

Winzer - my thoughts about this play have not changed. EXL/GME at current levels good upside potential will little downside risk.

The JV settlement is the key to higher prices. IMO
